Control visits

Leave for your holidays with full peace of mind. Your property will be controlled during the day or night and we will check your doors, windows and alarm system and ensure that everything is in order.

Emergencies

If we discover that your property has been damaged during our control visits (vandalism, flood damage, theft, etc.) we take care of the appropriate measures and contact the police, your insurance company and organize the necessary emergency repairs as agreed with you.

Mail

Your mail is collected during our visits. It can be sorted and forwarded to you (if requested).

Maintenance

We can heat up and air your property, ensure your equipment in maintained in perfect state and take care of your swimming pool, alleys and garden.

Special services

Before your arrival, we can switch on the heating, fill up your fridge… We can also pick you up at the airport or drive you to Nice airport or another place.

Administrative problems

You are looking for a place to rent or to buy… We capitalize on our network of estate agents to meet your needs. We search and select properties meeting your criteria, organize on-site visits and provide you with some help on administrative matters. If required, we visit properties beforehand and provide pictures and professional reports.
